Request deletion of app data

1. Send your request

Email support27@discobrakes.com with the subject DiscoBrakes Page Publisher data deletion.

Identify the app, the relevant Facebook Page name or Page ID, and the account or business relationship that will help us locate your data. You can describe the information you want removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets or identity documents in your initial email.

2. Verification and handling

We will verify the request with the relevant account holder or authorized business contact, locate applicable app-held personal data and promptly handle the request. We will remove applicable personal data and credentials when appropriate, or de-identify records where that meets the request. If a lawful retention requirement applies, we will explain what must be kept and why. We will confirm the outcome by email.

3. Stop the app's access

You can also remove the app through the Apps and websites or Business integrations area of your Facebook settings, where it is listed, or ask the authorized Page administrator to revoke its access. Removing access prevents further authorized use of that grant; it does not by itself erase records already held by the app.

Published Facebook content

Deleting app-held data does not automatically delete posts already published on Facebook. If you also want published content reviewed or removed, identify the Page and post link in your request. An authorized Page administrator will handle that separately. These instructions concern this publisher, rather than a shop account or order.
