Who is responsible

Information used by the publisher

• Business Page names and identifiers, permission and task information, and authorization information needed to confirm the operator can manage the selected Page. Meta account identifiers may be processed during authorization or an access check.
• Page access credentials used to make authorized Meta API requests. Persistent Page credentials are encrypted for the workstation operator and kept outside the public website.
• Approved captions, article links, media files and information about permission to use them.
• Campaign identifiers, content hashes, publishing attempts, Page post and media identifiers, verification results and available Page-authored post history used for duplicate checks.

The tool does not provide follower profiling, private-message collection, advertising or a customer login. The public information site does not receive publisher credentials.

Purpose and access

We use this information to operate our own business Pages, verify authorization, publish approved content, resolve errors and avoid duplicate posts. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers as needed for these purposes. We do not sell app data or use it for advertising profiles.

Meta receives publishing content and API requests. Approved posts become visible on Facebook according to the Page and Meta settings. Cloudflare hosts these information pages and may process connection and request information, including IP addresses, browser information and security logs, to deliver and protect the site. A deletion request sent by email is handled through our business email service.

Retention

Credentials are kept while authorized access is needed and removed or replaced when access ends, is revoked or must be renewed. Prepared content and operational records are retained only while needed for publishing, verification, duplicate prevention or resolving an incident. We review relevant records when handling a deletion request. Any retention required by law is limited to the applicable purpose; data without a continuing need is deleted or de-identified.

Cookies and this site

These static information pages contain no analytics, advertising tags, Facebook SDK, embedded social content or account login. The site code does not set cookies. The hosting provider may use necessary security mechanisms when protecting requests.

Your requests

You can ask about access, correction or deletion of personal data held by this app. See the data deletion instructions. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful reason that prevents full deletion. Revoking app access and deleting a Facebook post are separate actions.
